These terms apply to your use of Miko CRM (https://crm.miko.uz), provided by "MIKO" MAS'ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYAT.

1. The Service

Miko CRM is a CRM platform: contacts, sales funnels, tasks, an omnichannel inbox, telephony integration and analytics. You may connect third-party channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephony). Connected channels remain subject to the terms of their providers.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you process and for having a legal basis to process your clients' personal data, including informing them that conversations may be recorded and analyzed.
• You must not use the Service for spam, unlawful activity, or in violation of the policies of Meta or other connected platforms.
• You keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions of your users.

3. Data

Your data remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete it and close your account at any time.

4. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

5. Changes and contact
